Exceptions
1. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately
- Email photographic evidence to contact@happyfloow.com
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Verified claims will receive a replacement product
2. Unusable Products
- 30-day return window for unusable products
- Must provide proof of purchase
- Returns must be pre-authorized via email
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
- Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions
Return Process
- All returns require prior authorization

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Await confirmation before shipping any items back
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- All missing item claims will be thoroughly reviewed by our customer service team
- Refund requests for missing items will be denied
- Instead of a refund, we will reship the missing item(s) to you at no additional cost
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your replacement item(s) to be processed and shipped
- You will receive tracking information for your replacement shipment via email
